ReplyYes, I ran into the same problem when researching the article. Mr. Delaney indicated that the entity was most likely created specifically for the purpose of the purchase. Also, keep in mind that the sale would include all zoning permits and that the lot has already been approved for a hotel.

To clarify: Katzman introduced the candidates for each office and did not intend to indicated that George Alziabek is the current state representative. This was very clear in the context of the clam boil.
