ReplyBecause as we all know, allllll the wealthy families in Portsmouth are Republicans. Must be so, the Republican Town Council is dominated by Repub..... Oh wait that's right, Portsmouth went Democrat. Well, don't let facts get in the way. Every kid who goes to the Abbey or is driving a high end SUV to PHS HAS to have Republican parents. Democrats of course are all salt of the earth working stiffs with a membership in the Local 1234.

Have you checked the gun crime stats in Chicago, Detroit, DC etc? All places with draconian gun laws, all run my corrupt Democratic machines. Thats where the gun crime is.

ReplyPortsmouth Resident is right. He's on paid leave because he's in da union. Heck, if he was a cop his name wouldnt even be in the paper. I dont care how stellar a past he might have had, he's bringing 17 year old girls to the no tell motel. It aint for tutoring.

ReplyThe legislation doesnt mention 17 year olds. It would affect 18, 19 and 20 year olds. There is no reason that a Soldier, Sailor, Airman or Marine who has signed on the line, raised his/her right hand offering up his/her life in defense of the Constitution should not be allowed the priviledge of a beer or two. Cut the "kids" some slack.
