About Jane
I believe that we are all in this together. Everyone contributes and we all benefit. It's fine to have a lot, but nobody should be without. It is up to all of us to take care of each other. I get upset when I hear people who have amassed a lot of material wealth more concerned about their taxes not going up than they are about quality of life for our town as a whole.
I fear many do not realize how much they really have compared to most folks in this world.
I believe strongly in quality public education. It is the cornerstone of a civil society. I only wish this country like many in Europe offered college education for free. Maybe if more could afford higher education, we'd have less ignorance and more bliss.
