"Bagdad Bob" Logic" "Lastly, someone who is undocumented is not illegal, since a human being cannot be, nor are they committing a crime, since it is not."

Robbing a Bank is not a crime, it is just making a withdrawl without a withdrawl slip. Yea right try that some time lol.

Gee "Bagdad Bob" How is it "racist" to be against immigrants breaking the laws of this Country? Immigrants are a race now? First I heard of that insult.

So crossing the Border in all these Countries around the world is legal huh? What a strange world you live in. Wonder why Countries have Borders and law enforcement on those borders in Every Country?

Why do we have to have Passports I wonder? Gee I am the Son of a 1st Generation Immigrant who fought in World War 2 before becoming an American Citizen, which took 7 years after the war by the way. Where do these people that crossed the border illegally get off wanting special treatment? How is that Racist to expect the pourous borders to be enforced. They are sovereign are they not? No I guess not in your open border world which has not happened. If it was 7 years in the beginning of the Century and people had no problem doing it then should not need to be different now. Unless you are saying all these immigrants are ignorant or something. Which would be racist if you were talking about one of the many Nationalities that are illegal here.

This guy Garcia cracks me up. He advocate for illegals to get Driver License, because it is about illegals getting Jobs, which is a violation of Federal to give them Jobs, (or is ICE raiding the places In New Bedford all the time for Fun).

We have very high unemployment in this State, by hey lets make it easier for the illegals to get Jobs and the heck with honest American Citizens who follow the law. Yep real brainiac this guy is.

    correct Suzanne.

ABC News May 14, 2013 6:51 PM EDT

Illegal immigrants in Rhode Island will not be granted driver's licenses this year.

Advocates for illegal immigrants rallied at the State House months ago, demanding that undocumented workers be allowed to get Rhode island driver's licenses.

The main reason they cited: getting to their jobs.

Juan Garcia of Immigrants in Actions said, "We take driving the car for work. And right now the police have stopped the people and sent to jail you know because it's a crime to be driving without a license."

Immigrant advocates say Governor Chafee promised driver's licenses for illegals, but hasn't followed through.

looks like they are talking about illegal immigrants to me.

Jan Withers National President Said this morning in an interview that she sees no point in lowering it and that the NTSB has no authority to do it anyhow. She would prefer they work on the root problem of stopping people from driving drunk.

Probably because she knows that .05% would create a fire storm against MADD. It is estimated that a 120lb Woman would only be able to have 1 Drink a man 2 and would flunk the test for .05 depending on how soon after she drank it she was stopped.

It is wrong period. I would like to know the % of intoxication of those involved in the accidents. I would bet they are over .08% if not way over. Unless you give every citizen stopped or in an accident a blood test for the most accurate reading, you will never know whether .05% is viable solution.

.05% would be a nightmare for law enforcement and the Courts, not to mention a lawyers paradise. May as well close Bars and Restaurants, Genetics and physical health have a lot to do with how your body reactes to alcohol, and there really is not set standard for impairment, not to mention you can't fix stupid.
