Bill,
Do us all a favor and pay attention.
It has been stated MANY times that it will be open road tolling.
So, there will be no toll booths, with no people, and open road tolling doesn't cause traffic delays. Go back to complaining about turbines. -

Jack,
Try reading the article you posted.
"funded primarily by the Universal Service Fund fee added to the bills of land-line and wireless customers."All telecommunications carriers must pay into the fund, and many do so by tacking on a fee to each of their customers’ bills. It’s probably added into your monthly wireless bill and your landline bill, if you still have one.

Then your belief is wrong.
It is not a taxpayer funded program. -

Jack,
Sequestration won't touch the Safelink program because it's not funded with taxpayer money. But you knew that, right? You don't mention it because it hurts your talking point.
" it is funded through the Universal Service Fund, which is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company, an independent, not-for-profit corporation set up by the Federal Communications Commission. The USF is sustained by contributions from telecommunications companies such as "long distance companies, local telephone companies, wireless telephone companies, paging companies, and payphone providers." The companies often charge customers to fund their contributions in the form of a universal service fee you might see on your monthly phone bill. The fund is then parceled out to companies." -

First and foremost,
I'm not your son. I have gone out of my way to show you some respect. Do the same or go away.
Now here is the problem with your "witchhunt", Ray does sit on the Portsmouth Economic Development committee, of that there is no doubt. Your mistake was not looking at what the PEDC actually is. It is an advisory board with NO authority granted by the Town council. But that was a really nice try.
Since the PEDC has no power over the PBA and it's individual members, your charges are nothing more than a lie. but please, feel free to have your interns add my name to any action you take against Ray. I would relish dragging you into court.

Mr. Oliveira,
I for one, am happy to defend Ray B. against your allegations, which in my opinion are baseless lies.
I sincerely hope you do file action so that the truth will slap you upside your delusional head.
