"I enjoy writting and I always wanted to be a journalist since I was a kid. But, life happened and you find yourself down the road doing something to pay the bills instead of what you wanted to do. So writting for the Patches is kind of a dream come true. I guess writting found me after all."

"I love spending time with my family and watching true crime stories on television. Look for me on Facebook or at any Town meeting reporting for the Patches.

Don also owns Southern New England Wind Power, a company that sells and installs wind turbines for homes and small businesses.

Underwood School children have collected over 200lbs of Halloween candy to send over to the troops. It would be great if theNewport Patch could show some recognition for the hard work these wonderful children showed by not eating there candy. Thank you

Hi Don,
My name is Jeremy Clark, and you interviewed me and my wife Lisa at the Home Depot in Middletown on Friday. I was wondering if I could obtain a copy of the video you shot of us? Please let me know; my email address is jiccc@comcast.net. Thanks.
