The "as far as I can tell, nothing like this has been published" idea is an excuse. Invoking this 'excuse' does nothing to give either relief to Falmouth sufferers or "explanation" to Falmouth authorities. To simply ignore the problem, because you haven't found it statistically substantiated in literature does little to address the problem. How is it 30-35 people are liars? There’s been NO studies or reports statistically substantiated that there NO harm exists either. Only that the likelihood of harm risk is low. Could it be plausible, thinking out of the town hall political agenda box, Falmouth has fallen into this low percentile? The benefit of the doubt is owed those that are forced to live with these tortuous conditions.

The Falmouth wind turbine issue is a matter of a “clear” community conscience, not mere compulsery compliance! Medical Science wilI answer questions and erase zoning & planning board uncertainties. Otherwise it’s the continuation of Town Hall buffoonery and and their slavish attachment to ineffective regulatory compliance. Here’s response received from a Falmouth BoH member -
* I would LOVE a carefully prepared, independently produced and carefully peer reviewed "Honest-to-God medical evaluation[s], specifically directed at accessing physiological impact from wind turbines." However, as far as I can tell, nothing like this has been published that has any statistical support. PLEASE if you can find some of this literature, supply it to the Falmouth Board of Health. *

Bill, Accordingt to the DEM: "The BUD set out criteria for what soils could be accepted (industrial/commercial standards). Their original sampling and our later sampling both indicated the material was well within the standards of acceptable material. Therefore there was no violation of either the BUD or solid waste regulations. The interstate commerce clause of the US Constitution does not allow any state to prohibit transportation of waste across state lines. The State's Facility in Johnston can prohibit out of state waste because it is owned by the state"

Hi Bill. Thank-you for the question. I just heard from the town administrator. He is still waiting for the results from DEM.
