My name is Andrew Kelly. I am a lifetime resident of Portsmouth, Rhode Island. I am a 2010 Graduate of Portsmouth High School while I attended I was the Drama Club Secretary and the National Art Honor Society Historian. I organized and led the Common Fence Point Improvement Association Building Beautification Project as my Eagle Scout project. I Received Eagle Scout and am now a life member of National Eagle Scout Association and a Assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 82.

I am involved in many organizations around Portsmouth. In 2009-2010, I was the youth representative for the Portsmouth Economic Development Committee. I am on the Board of Directors for Portsmouth Community Theater. I was the Provisional President of the Island Park Recreation Association. I am a parishioner at Saint Anthony's Church. I am a lifetime member of the Quahaug Chapter in North American Family Campers Association.

I am a Member of the Portsmouth Democratic Town Committee. I currently serve on on three town appointed committees The Portsmouth Economic Development Committee, The Portsmouth Charter Review Committee, and the Elmhurst Reuse Committee. As if those don't keep me busy, I attend just about every Town Council and School Committee meeting.
