Carnegie Tower Sells 5 Condos Totaling $9.5 Million
The Carnegie Tower Development Company sold five of its tower units to a Rhode Island LLC earlier this week.
The Carnegie Tower might not appear so empty in the coming months after the sale of five of its housing units this week. According to town records, the Carnegie Tower Development Co. Inc. sold five condominiums or units to Tower Drive Development LLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company, on March 22. The Tower Drive Development company is listed with the Secretary of State's Office, with a principal office address of 275 7th Ave., 14th floor, New York, New York. The name listed in the town records is James O'Reilly, but there is no mention of his relationship to the company.
