i just want to say tom the owner has always been a great person to deal with rick at the counter one cool guy but if tom doesn't realize people are buying elsewhere because the back shop manger is an imbasil

Absolute thiefs! Everything is great when there are no issues and they are taking your money for machinery and service. When there is a problem that they should be responsible for they leave you high and dry. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I would like to say that i have delt with Rick and the owner Tom for many years starting way back when the shop was located in middletown. Shirley and Debbie have always been polite and helpful on the phone, Mike one of the back mechanics is always right there to great customers when they come into the shop, they all have treated me as if i was family and i plan on spending many more years with them!!!
