The only positive thing we can say adbout this facility is that the the clerk did not challenge our decision not to stay and promptly ran a full credit to our account. It took us about 20 minutes after seeing the room to locate another facility - using my smartphone. A prominent notice in the room warned that the only computer hook up was dial up service with long distance phone charges applying (so what happened to the advertised WiFi service?). We were fortunate to be able to find accomodations at a delightful B&B Inn (Williams Grant Inn) in Bristol RI. I would urge anyone even thinking of booking a room at this facility to quickly find another place. The room which we were provided was marginal as a dorm room, and under no circumstances should it be portrayed as a hotel accomodation. Roger Williams University should not offer this to the public as a hotel accomodation - it simply does not meet even the most marginal hotel/motel standards.
