Are you a fan of team Gryffindor or Ravenclaw? Lucky for you, you get to show off your Hogwarts Pride this weekend in Portsmouth.

Grab your Quidditch broom and brush up on your Impervius Charm! It's Harry Potter Day this Saturday in Portsmouth!

Escobar’s Highland Farm Corn Maze in Portsmouth will celebrate all things Harry Potter this Saturday, Oct. 12, from noon to 4 p.m. at the maze, 133 Middle Road, Portsmouth. 

If you're traveling by GPS, enter "255 Middle Road."

In the event of rain, Harry Potter Day will take place Sunday, Oct. 13. 

What to Expect

Activities will be set up both inside and outside of the maze. Come dressed as a character and receive $1 off admission. 

As you enter the maze, get sorted into Hufflepuff, Slytherin, Ravenclaw, or Griffindor and earn points later in the day at the A-MAiZING Wizard Tournament. While in the maze, stop at Hog’s Head to quench your thirst.

Professor Snape’s Potions class will be held in the field at 12:30 p.m. sharp. Don’t be late!! Mad Science of Southeast MA and RI will teach the class. 

Wizard Tournament 

At 2 p.m., URI’s Quidditch team, The Rhody Ridgebacks will put on a quidditch demonstration. 

Join us at 3:30 for an A-MAiZING Wizard Tournament.

For those of you who choose not to get lost in the maze, stop by Gringott’s Bank to exchange your ‘Muggle’ money so that you can purchase a wand that is suitable for you at Ollivander’s Wand Shop. And please don’t forget to visit Honeydukes to satisfy that sweet tooth of yours!

Escobar's Highland Farm Corn Maze

Escobar’s Highland Farm Corn Maze is an eight-acre cornfield celebrating the town of Portsmouth’s 375th birthday. 

Visitors are invited to get lost on Fridays, 3:30 – dusk, Saturdays, 10 – dusk, and Sundays, 11 – dusk. The maze will be open on Columbus Day, Monday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m. - dusk. 

Group reservations are available midweek. Hayrides, cow train rides, pumpkin picking, scarecrow making and pumpkin painting are available.
