Portsmouth's Sewall Signs Letter of Intent with Bryant
Portsmouth High School football star was Gatorade Player of the Year in 2013.
Portsmouth's Matt Sewall will be playing football for Bryant University next year, the Portsmouth High School senior announced Monday.
Sewall was the Rhode Island Gatorade Player of the Year in 2013 and led the Patriots to the Division I semifinals with 1,859 yards rushing and 23 touchdowns on 227 carries.
Sewall will be following in his brother's Bobby's footsteps, who played for Brown and is a free agent in the NFL, eastbayri.com reported.
