Community Update

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! My wife dropped off a pair of "7 for All Mankind" designer jeans ($109 purchase price) and asked for a "designer hem keeping the original hem". Several weeks later, she picked the jeans up and the original hem had been chopped off and a standard hem had been made to the jeans. The woman running the store was incredibly rude and unapologetic to my wife, and refused to refund our money for the work ($10 for the hem) and she refused to replace/refund the cost of the jeans. We now see several extremely poor reviews online for her shop, and wish we had seen them prior to bringing our business to her. The woman claims that she did not know what "a designer hem with the original hem" meant, and that my wife should have shown her when she dropped them off. However, the woman did not ask my wife to show her, and feigned that she knew exactly what my wife wanted. We just cannot believe that she took the job after having been told exactly what my wife wanted done to the jeans. My wife will not wear the jeans at this point. They are ruined (although the woman at the shop claims they are "fine"). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR TAILORING!!!
