Portsmouth Holds a Parade - 375 Years in the Making

Portsmouth celebrated its 375th anniversary on Saturday with a parade down East Main Road and Turnpike Avenue. Residents from throughout town gathered on lawns to share in the celebration and pride. 

The parade is part of Portsmouth's year-long 375th anniversary celebration. Honored guests during the parade included the mayors of Portsmouth, VA, and Portsmouth, NH, as well as the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth, England, the town's namesake city.
