The State Traffic Commission is recommending Bristol Ferry Road be reduced to one lane in each direction, reports The Portsmouth Times

The STC is recommending a "road diet" on Bristol Ferry Road from Turnpike Avenue to Boyd’s Lane, just before the Mount Hope Bridge. 

Bristol Ferry Road has seen many motor vehicle crashes this past year, including two fatalities.
