Thank-you for your questions. After the meeting, Councilor Jim Seveney said this purchase was for a "conservation easement." The town purchased a small piece of the Island Park beach, which belonged to a private resident. The beach is located across from Flo's Clam Shack. "It just means no one else will be able to build on it," Seveney said. Pedro said she recused herself because "she knew the owner."

Barry i had no idea you and the PCC Republicans would start the re-election campaign so oearly. Using a 6 week stretch to characterize the attendance record of Mr. Seveney who, I beleive has been on the council for 6 years and as far as I can tell has an excellent attendance record! Give me a break! You're simply trying to create a perception that there is an attendance issue with Mr. Seveney. The PCC misinformation campaign has begun!

Thank you Sandy and Jim. That also makes sense for her to step away from the issue!

Vote them all out. They were to busy at first till the people complainedaboutthe tolls. Mr Robicheau is a waste of a good seat..........He must be friendly with Piava Weed. Birds of a feather.
