Warwick Man Charged With Disorderly Conduct
The following is based on reports from the Portsmouth Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
Portsmouth police made the following arrests recently.
- Police arrested Scott. C. Mitchell, 39, of 3524 West Shore Road, Warwick on Sept. 2 and charged him with domestic disorderly conduct, according to The Portsmouth Times. The arrest stemmed from an incident at a Sprague Street apartment.
- Police also arrested Dorothy J. Barnes, 75, of 173 Redwood Road, on Monday after an incident at her home. Barnes was charged with domestic assault and battery.
