Portsmouth Police executed a search warrant at a Hilltop Drive house on Thursday and seized more than a dozen marijuana plants, five firearms and a large quantity of packaged marijuana.
Police posted this image on their Facebook page on Friday and said they arrested Jake Fernandez, 23, of 179 Hilltop Ave. after a search warrant executed at the house.
