will not raise taxes. The proposal will pull funds from income it receives annually from a Navy housing contract.

I will definitely vote yes after researching the issue. The money from the Fedeal Government must go to public safety, so now it's a no-brainer. Mike, it's getting too damn cold so I have to crawl out of my tent. :-)

Yes, I did research this issue and I HAVE changed my mind. That money can only be used for public safety so , yes, it's a no-brainer.
