Robert Holmer, 46, of Tiverton, was arrested on Oct. 20 at 5:15 p.m. after a traffic stop on West Main Road near Raytheon.

A police officer observed a vehicle, operated by Holmer, driving on West Main Road. The officer was aware Holmer had a suspended driver's license.

A check revealed Holmer was wanted on a Second District Court warrant for failure to appear at an ability-to-pay hearing. He was also charged with driving on a suspended license.
