Police Log: Assault, Domestic, Larceny
The following arrest and incident information was provided by Portsmouth Police. They do not indicate a conviction.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
Portsmouth Police charged Nancy Louise Dubois, 53, of 2743 East Main Road, Portsmouth, with simple assault April 13 after she allegedly pushed a 66-year-old man.
Police said they responded to a nearby address for an assault report at around 5:30 p.m. and a woman said Dubois barged into the house and was upset, accusing the woman of not picking up after her dog.
Dubois then allegedly threw a bag of plastic bags onto the kitchen table and shoved the victim on her way out.

The man hit a radiator, which stopped him from falling to the ground, but he was not seriously injured.
Dubois was charged with one count of simple assault and was released by a Justive of the Peace with an April 24 District Court summons.

WARRANT
Police charged Derek Thomas Page, 40, of 501 London St., Fall River, Mass., with a warrant April 11 after he was identified as a passenger in a car pulled over for speeding on Hedley Street at around 11:35 a.m.
Page was taken into custody without incident.
DOMESTIC
Police charged Edward Jospeh White, 29, of 19 Harrington Ave., Portsmouth, with domestic simple assault April 11 at 4:36 p.m.
LARCENY
Portsmouth Police charged a 15-year-old juvenile with larceny April 11 at 12:36 p.m.
Police said the juvenile allegedly stole a phone.
