Drivers Say DOT Painted Cars During Roadwork

At least four local drivers say Rhode Island Department of Transportation workers accidentally spray-painting their vehicles during road work, according to Portsmouth police. 

The Portsmouth Times reports the four vehicles were reported painted from Oct. 23 to 28. The alleged incidents occurred along East Main Road, near the police station and Stub Toe Lane, and on the corner of Park Avenue.
