Police Release Photo of Man Who Allegedly Lured Teen

Daniel Berger, 27, of New Jersey, was arrested in connection with last week's disappearance of a 13-year-old Portsmouth girl. She was later found by authorities in his apartment in New Jersey.


Portsmouth police released a photo Tuesday morning of the man who was arrested last week in connection with the disappearance of a 13-year-old Portsmouth girl. 

Daniel Berger, 27, of Haskell, NJ, was arrested last week after authorities, including the FBI, discovered the missing teen in his New Jersey apartment.

Berger has been charged with transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal, sexual activity, a felony. If convicted, Berger could face a sentence of 10 years to life.
