Community Corner

Imagine that

20 people did what in Utica, NY yesterday??  They canvassed on behalf of candidates and causes.

Did they run around calling with signs calling people names?  No.  Did they invent fake facebook profiles?  No.  Did they comment on other people's facebook pages?  No.  Did they threaten phony lawsuits?  No.  Did they makeup stories everybody knows are false?  No.  Did they gather like a bunch of classless hooligans and scream at cars?  No.

So what's the difference?  The folks who canvassed with probably win.

Think of it this way: the Portsmouth Business Association boasts that they have 143 members.  The folks who worked on the Superman building number all of 3 people.

The PBA got zero for their cause.  The Superman folks scored $10 million.

Process and methodology matter.
