Athletic Fields for Sandy Point Rd.?

An article in Tuesday's (11 Feb) Newport Daily News says that there's a movement to establish athletic fields on the Triple S property on Sandy Point Road across from Pennfield School. I'm all for open space and support the athletic team...but aren't there enough fields at the Svenny and Glen complexes?
