Eyes on Amphibians

In order to ensure a rewarding presentation of our amphibian friends, we have decided to post-pone this event until Friday, April 11. Can you blame the frogs for not wanting to come out of hibernation quite yet? Nature has a mind of its own and most of the vernal pools are still covered in ice. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are confident spring is just around the corner!

Join us for an evening of nature exploration.  Learn all about the natural history amphibians, which species can be found in Rhode Island, meet our frog and toad animal ambassadors, then hike out to Red Maple Pond to listen for frog calls and search for egg masses.  Appropriate for ages 7 and up.
