Tenth Gate Yoga Fundraiser For Hurricane Sandy Relief

On Saturday, November 24th, Tenth Gate Yoga will hold a fundraiser to benefit both the American Red Cross as well as the Long Beach School District in Lido Beach, NY, whose schools were severely damaged during Hurricane Sandy. The studio is offering three classes: an 8:00am Kundalini Yoga Bootcamp for $20, 8:30am Hatha Yoga for $15 and a 10:30am Heated Hour of Power for $15. Cash or check only. There will also be a free 10:30am Children’s Yoga Class.

The Children’s Program has targeted the Long Beach School District as recipient of supplies raised by the Yoga Center. Items needed are: boxes of pencils, colored pencils, crayons, markers, packages of lined paper, construction paper and glue sticks. Items may be dropped off at Tenth Gate between the hours of 7:30am-12pm on Saturday the 24th.

Also, during the month of November, 10% of all Tenth Gate class card purchases will benefit the American Red Cross/Hurricane Sandy Relief.
