Alzheimer's Listening Session at Portsmouth Free Public Library

Are you or someone you know impacted by Alzheimer’s Disease?  We want to hear about it…

The State of Rhode Island is taking bold action to confront the most common form of dementia--‐--‐Alzheimer’s Disease--‐--‐and related disorders affecting more and more Rhode Islanders every day.  In a series of Listening Sessions, caregivers and healthcare providers, family members and anyone impacted by the disease will have the opportunity to tell their story and provide vital input for a comprehensive state plan to address this important
public health issue.

The Alzheimer’s Listening Session will be held on Tuesday, November 27 from 6 PM to 7:30 PM at Portsmouth Free Public Library, 2658 East Main Road, Portsmouth.  This program is hosted by the Office of the Lt. Governor, Department of Elderly Affairs and the Alzheimer’s
Association RI Chapter.  For more information and for future Listening Sessions, contact info@ltgov.state.ri.us or call (401) 222-2371.
