Melville Elementary to Hold School Picnic Today

2. The Viking Bridge Club meets today for card games at 6:30 p.m. at St. Mary Church.
3. The Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m. at Town Hall.
4. The Norman Bird Sanctuary holds its hike with horseshoe crabs tonight at 5 p.m. at the Third Beach Education Center. Horseshoe crabs congregate on the shores across Rhode Island during the full moon high tides of May and June in order to lay their eggs.
