Need for More Emergency Volunteers is Discussed on Portsmouth this Week
On the 15 February 2013 edition of Portsmouth this Week, host Doug Smith discussed the town's Emergency Response to last weekend's winter blizzard with Portsmouth EMA Director John King and Town Administrator John Klimm. Both considered that while the town's response was an improvment over past storms, the hard work of the Department of Public Works was particularly noteworthy. Both also reiterated the need for more Portsmouth volunteers to assist the Emergency Management Agency in the future.
