Who Would You Call If...

Who should you call if you see something wrong but not serious enough for a 911 call?

We all know that you are supposed to call 911 if you observe a serious problem, accident, injury or a crime taking place, but there are many times when you see something that is wrong but not critical enough to call 911.

For example, who do you call and what information should you provide if:

 1. You observe a school bus or Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus driver talking on a cell phone while driving with passengers?

2. You observe someone throwing trash or other refuse out of their car on a public roadway?

3. You observe a tree limb lying on top of electrical wires or broken wires?

4. You encounter a really large pothole in the road?

5. You see animal in distress (hit by a car or stuck in a ditch, etc.)?
