Town Council President Joe Robicheau was a guest on Friday's edition of Portsmouth this Week, discussing his concerns about the recommendations of two Town Committees, the Charter Review and Elmhurst Planning Committees. Hosted by Jeff Richard, this session included comments by Town Admistrator John Klimm on these and other issues.
