Through its annual reports to the Town Council, the Portsmouth Economic Development Committee (PEDC) has tried to demonstrate that we need some new commercial/business development in town to help us develop sustainable budgets and stabilize our tax base. How do you feel about trying to bring new businesses to Portsmouth? What do you think the PEDC should be doing to encourage business development in town?
