The 21 September edition of Portsmouth this Week, "The Voice of Portsmouth Town Hall", featured an interview with Captain Mike O'Brien, the officer in charge of EMS and Training in the Portsmouth Fire Department. A 16-year Fire Department veteran, Captain O'Brien discussed the functions of the Emergency Emergency Technicians in the Fire Department as well as their training and other issues. O'Brien was interviewed by PTW host Jeff Richard.

Portsmouth this Week is a weekly public service television program started by Town Administrator, John Klimm. It airs on Public television (Cox channel 18) on Wednesday ebenings at 7:70 PM.
