Can You Name All Seven of Portsmouth's Islands?

In Portsmouth England, their complex City Seal (shown here) has a long and highly involved history, some of which is open to interpretation. On our recent trip there, relating to our 375th Anniversary celebration, we were asked why our own Town seal had seven stars. It is believed that the designer of our seal (also shown here) had replicated the strange star shape on the Portsmouth, UK City Seal, but the reason for seven stars has been a minor mystery. One of the reasons put forward has been that they represent the "Seven Islands" that comprise Portsmouth, presumably including Aquidneck Island. Can you name the other six? Is that really the reason?
