RIPTA Changes Bus Routes Due to Winter Weather
Four routes have been affected by the storm.
Four bus routes have been changed due to Monday's winter storm. The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) says the changes will last until further notice.
RIPTA warns that passengers should expect delays on all routes before and after the storm due to the winter conditions.
Route 14 - Buses won't travel to park-and-ride lot at Routes 1A and 138. Passengers will be dropped off and picked up at the bus shelter.
Route 27 - Service to Hillcrest Apartments suspended.
Route 58 - Service to Georgiaville Manor suspended. Route ends at St. Michael's Way.
Route 64 - URI Bay Campus service will travel to upper lot only.
