Do you have a relative or friend who lives in Newport-please let them know about a new free library service. The Community Outreach Dept. of the library has established a new library service for the following Newport residents: those who due to age, long-term illness or a person with a disability can no longer come to the Spring Street building. Library materials will be delivered to an applicant's home twice monthly. Don't have a library card ? Fill out an application form at the time a person enters the program. Books, DVD's Blue-Ray, audio books, music CD's and magazines are the offerings under this program. Interested? Contact Mary O'Neill-Barrett @ 401-847-8720 Ext 115 or @ mbarrett@newportpubliclibraryri.org
