Handy Tip Of The Day

I was looking out my back window the other day and sticking out of my wood pile was a small fuzzy head . It was looking left then right then left again . After several seconds it pulled it's head back in . I didn't know what it was at first , It looked like a large rodent brown and furry . I put some crackers next to the hole where it had stuck it head out from under the tarp . In just a few minutes I could see it was a Wood Chuck .  Remembering what my Dad told me about getting skunks out from under our shed I headed for the Garage . I took a four foot stick and wrapped a rag around it . Then I fastened it with a nail driven through the rag into the stick . The last step is to pour about 4 oz. of gas on it . Then stick the rag end of the stick in the hole . Best not to smoke while performing this extraction . After a couple hours the fumes send the unwanted varmint packing  .
I've used this technique many times for skunks , possums ' now a wood chuck  .

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
if a woodchuck could chuck wood?
He would chuck, he would, as much as he could,
and chuck as much wood as a woodchuck would
if a woodchuck could chuck wood.
