Community Update

a friend of mine rented a car, drove across the bridge I think 4 times and received a bill from the rental place for over $28. Because he couldn't pay in cash they charged him the standard processing fee for each time he went over. I don't want tolls but if they are going to have them there needs to be a manned toll where you can pay so this doesn't happen. It is a real concern
