The Mount Hope Farmers Market is pleased to announce the launch of a summer and fall yoga series outdoors at the market.   There will be a FREE introductory class from 9:30-11:00am, on Saturday, July 28th at the the Mount Hope Farmers Market, 250 Metacom Ave, Bristol, RI. The ongoing weekly series of yoga classes will begin Saturday, August 11th, 9:30-11:00am, and there will be a drop in fee of $10 per class.  

All are invited to join teacher Allyson Hansen for an inspiring outdoor morning yoga class at Mt. Hope Farm. Begin your weekend peacefully while sheltered from the sun by historic trees amidst the farms pastures. Bring a yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothing.  

Allyson is a teacher at The Yoga Loft, in Warren, RI.  This is a suitable class for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.
