  ARTS CAMPS AND WORKSHOPS FOR YOUTH\nThis August\, the Portsmouth Arts G
 uild will be running its first ever visual and theatre arts programming 
 for young children and youth. The Guild is able to offer these camps to 
 the community free of charge through a generous grant from the Rhode Isl
 and State Council on the Arts (RISCA).&nbsp\;\nThe programming schedule 
 follows:\nVisual Arts Camp:\nAugust 6 &ndash\; 10:\n9:30 &ndash\; 11:30
