Free Bicycle Safety Class for residents of Aquidneck Island (ages 18+)
This 3-hour class is designed to give cyclists the confidence
needed to ride safely and legally in traffic. We'll learn how to conduct bike safety checks and how to fix a flat; we'll practice on-bike skills, lane positioning, crash avoidance techniques and night-time visibility.
Class size is limited to 15 people. Sign up for free.

More About Preservation Society of Newport County
The Preservation Society of Newport is Rhode Island's largest cultural organization. Its purpose is to preserve and protect the best of Newport County's architechtural heritage.
Founded in 1945 as a private non-profit educational organization, today the Preservation Society manages the upkeep of eleven historic properties and landscapes including the Breakers, Marble House, the Elms, Chateau-Sur-Mer, Rosecliff, Hunter House, Chepstow, Kingscote, Isaac Bell House and the Green Animals Topiary Garden.
The Preservation Society also organizes the annual Newport Mansions Wine and Food Festival held at Marble House at the end of September.
