DESCRIPTION:Rehearsals are underway for the Portsmouth Community Theater 
 production of Rogers and Hammerstein's Carousel. The musical is set in a
  New England coastal town in the 1870s and revolves around the character
 s of a Carousel barker (Billy Bigelow) and his sweetheart (Julie Jordan)
 . Audiences will be familiar with their duet of "If I loved You" as well
  as classic songs like "You'll Never Walk Alone" and "June is Busting Ou
 t All Over." &nbsp\; The production is being directd by Cindy Killavey a
 nd will include several children and dancers.\nThe musical will be prese
 nted August 22-26 at the Aquidneck Island Christian Academy\, 321 East M
 ain Road\, Portsmouth. Shows will be at 7 PM Wednesday-Saturday and at 1
