DESCRIPTION:Two RI 4-H equestrian clubs\, the Aquidneck Riders of Portsmo
 uth and Team Riders of Richmond\, are teaming up to spread holiday cheer
  through the streets of Common Fence Point on Sunday\, December 9th star
 ting around 1pm. The merry band of festively dressed carolers will inclu
 de individual horse and riders as well as an 18-passenger wagon pulled b
 y a team of Belgian draft horses.\nWe invite you to come out and join in
  the fun! Carolers will be accepting much needed donations of canned goo
 ds for the RI Food Bank. (Please keep pets inside for the safety of our 
 riders.)\n4-H is a youth development program that empowers its members t
 o reach their full potential\, working and learning in partnership with 
 caring adults. The fundamental 4-H ideal of practical\, &ldquo\;learn by
  doing&rdquo\; experiences encourages youth to experiment\, innovate and
  think independently. Community Service and Citizenship are key componen
