Don’t know anything about computers at all? Wish you could surf the internet and use e-mail? Beginning computer classes will be held as a 4 week session at the Portsmouth Free Public Library. The classes will build on each other, so come to all of them. Classes will be October 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th from 1 pm - 3 pm. Call the library at 683-9457 to register for the class as space is limited. More classes will be offered as needed.

Built in 1897, the Portsmouth Free Public Library provides information, services and a circulation of 75,000 articles, including books, tapes and videos, to the residents of Portsmouth. The 9,515 sq. ft. structure is owned and operated by the corporation, the Portsmouth Free Public Library Association. The children's room is located downstairs, while the computer area, reference and study area are situated on the main floor.The library provides a variety of services and classes.
