I'm sure most of you reading this aren't strangers to Facebook or other social media sites. The latest trend to to share or tell everyone what your grateful for. While I think this is admirable and important to be grateful, I believe its more important to show your gratitude through contribution.Tis' the Season for giving, participate in a food drive, donate your time to a soup kitchen, pick a name off a giving tree, donate blood or any of the 1000's of ways you can contribute your wealth. Yes Wealth! If you're employed, have a roof over your head, are healthy and have people who care for you, consider yourself RICH! If you need somewhere to do this, East Bay Martial Arts is holding a Food Drive for the local food pantries, or you can contribute to our Adopt A Family ( we have a family of five boys), or you can donate Blood December 13th at the Portsmouth Plaza. BTW I'm grateful to those who read this and find a way to Share The Gratitude!Master A

I have never known a time when Master Amaral and her staff at East Bay Martial Arts have not given back to the community that support them. Their valuable work in the Bully program, and the constant support of those in need should not go unnoticed. Kim
