Portsmouth Emergency Management Agency will be keeping the Emergency Operations Center open for at least another 24 hours.
Portsmouth residents (Portsmouth residents only) are hereby requested to report property damage to the Portsmouth Emergency Operations Center at 401.643.0250 or 401.643.0252. The damage reports will be organized and transferred to FEMA; the Federal Emergency Management Agency will not accept damage reports directly.
At this time there is no federal reimbursement for storm related damage; this may change and reporting damage to your local emergency management agency is the first step in seeking reimbursement.

I hate to call either National Grid or the Portsmouth EMA to try to find out the status of power repairs for the area around Cornelius Drive, because they are so busy with actual emergencies, but the National Grid Outages Map has been worthless. No job ever changes from being "assessed" or has a "crew assigned". How can we find out?

I was able to report flood damage to my insurance company who in turn will contact FEMA on our behalf.
