When politicians tell the truth they get attacked. The issue in Portsmouth for many many years is a portion of the public doesn't want to hear the truth.

All the public expects the Portsmouth Town Council to do is the job . Mr. Robicheau is a leader as much as a public servant. He works for Portsmouth.

I think that we need to judge a politician on the basis of how good of a job he has done in the past few years .Joe has done a great job.

How often can you say: Joe,keep up the good work. Please keep doing the good things that you are doing now.

Good luck tomorrow

What about the non transparent goverment and open goverment you promised?
What about Larry Fitzmorris controling the four PCC members thoughts and votes?
what about miss informing the public in the sewer progress?
What about the drastic increase in lawyer fees and pending law suit that even the towns insurance says they will not touch for 1 mill plus.

What about all the key personnel they have caused to leave this 3 ring circus. You had your chance and could not even fulfill open and transparent.
You have had your chance and over spent on lawyers.
What make me think you will start doing what you promised 2 years ago now?
Time for the circus to leave Portsmouth!

40,000 cars a day go by that broken down wind turbine ! Portsmouth is an example of a community that got taken by the wind industry ! Did you know President Obama (Democrat) set aside 150 Billion dollars for the wind energy bunco scheme ?
Commercial wind is a failed center piece for the Democratic Party or what is now the Socialist Party . The suffering of one is the suffering of all. They think the middle class is someone who lives in public housing , gets a welfare check and food stamps.

Look what the Democrats did to Portsmouth ! The wind turbine is known internationally as a giant failure .

The residents of Portsmouth need to get out and vote themselves out of the hole that being dug by the same "Old Boy Network "

Joseph W. Robicheau can bring the town back to financial stability and clean up the mess that was left from 2006 !

Bill since you seem to be a one trick pony you might want to refresh your memory Joe wrote a letter before he was elected suppoting the turbine. You may want to rethink the circus leader you seem to be supporting.

Joe, one of the guys who gave town property to an alpaca farm and in the process, got the town sued. Nice.

Well, suffice it to say, we knew all along that Carson was against wind turbines (understatement). But now his true colors are coming out and we can see he's one of those far right bigot tea-party-ers.

How could anyone in their right mind in Portsmouth still think wind turbines are a good deal ? You'll see the people who just still don't get it blog here that the town has a turbine and they should just fix it . The Democrats from the top down right to the Democrats that voted for the turbine have lost sight of the real world !

Go outside and look up !The 3 million dollar turbine is broken! It stopped in May of 2012 . It was a giant waste of money and you still have to pay the bond payments while it remains broken !

Talking about gears and bearings that are broken you've got to sit down someplace quiet and think about the spending spree the Democrats sent Portsmouth into in 2006. The told you they wanted a revenue stream .Well you got a revenue river of red ink ! This spells S-O-C-I-A-L-I-S-M and Old Boy Network

Stop the habitual overspending now - Vote for Joe - Vote Republican and the Ameican Dream

Hey Joe you forgot the absurdity (although entertaining) of shouting matches between you and Judy, 10 hour meetings with no control and one assault.

Why is it that the poorest towns in America are blue towns? It seems the poorer the town, the more Democratic it is. Most of the people in town who vote for a Democrat do so because their parents brought them up to just vote Democratic.

If Osama bin Laden ran for Town Council as a Democrat in Portsmouth he would probably win.

During 2005 the town gained a lot of information from the Portsmouth Abbey wind turbine project. So rather than go out and buy two smaller Vestas wind turbines like the Abbey the choice was made to buy a turbine three times the size of the Abbey and buy it from some unknown wind company . This was "Due Diligence"?

The money went down the toilet counter clockwise and now the town has a giant wind turbine that looks like an upside down tooth brush sticking out of a toilet next to the high school !

Vote out the Democrats -Had enough of them !

Money down the toilet? How bout the three studies and fire chief search given to the same company that hired the town administratior and they were not the low bidder either?
Release the actual amounts of money paid to all the lawyers for the town councils mis management of the town affairs. Look at the pending 1 million plus judgement the town is sure to lose . Look at the assaults in executive sessions and deception to the public.
TIME FOR THE CIRCUS TO LEAVE PORTSMOUTH, VOTE ROBICHEAU, PEDRO, KESSON AND VINNY PAZ STAVEN OUT!

The former Democratic Town Council has built a trophy for the Town of Portsmouth. The wind turbine stands there today a symbol of what the Democratic Party is all about !

The failed broken wind turbine fiasco stands like a giant upside down tooth brush sticking out of a toilet as 40,000 cars go by every day .

The wind turbine has become a sideshow for the whole country to watch the ongoing failure play out ! The turbine act looks like a secondary production associated with a circus.

Here's what the Democrats want : Jump into building your own wind turbine or buying a commercial one, don't do your homework and fail at Due Diligence .

What we have here is DDDF - Democratic Due Diligence Failure. They told you wind is free ?

Anybody else tired of this partisan non-sense? On a local level, political parties don't mean a whole lot. It's time for non-partisan local elections like Newport has had for years.

Democrats say the first priority should be getting the turbine running again. The cost to repair the turbine including three blades is near one million. Over three years the turbine made 400 thousand and lost a million to repairs a net loss of 600 thousand ! Vote for a Democrat ?

A recent poll said 45 % of those polled said "Dismantle the turbine and pay off the $2 million bond debt"

The NDN held a question and answer session where all the Democrats said repair the turbine .They still don't get you need to hire someone full time to run the turbine and the maintenance costs more than it makes !

It's tough to admit you made a mistake and rather than admit making a mistake you've got individuals that just get up and resign from their jobs !

Unbelievable! How do you reduce an increase when you decide what the increase is in the first place. So they propose a high tax rate hike at the start of budget process and then settle on a lower one ? That's an accomplishment? Stopped overspending department budgets? The legal expenses are about 300% of what is budgeted, how about being "transparent" about that? They increased savings by 4.8 milliion? No, Carnegie paid their taxes of 2.1 million, the School department gave them 1 million and they stuck to the plan devised by the previous council to add the other 1 million. And then they chased out the School Finance Director who managed to bring them their surplus. Avoided bankruptcy? The only bankruptcy threat was in Mr. Robicheau's mind. He is LITERALLY the only person in the world who considered it a realistic risk. Hired a new town administrator, yes which is something you have to do after forcing out the previous one for partisan political reasons and the new TA comes at a considerably higher salary to the town. And to top it off he writes a letter to the Newport Daily News stating they are wrong, he is not "blaming" anyone for turbine problems and then takes time and space to explicitly blame a council elected 8 years ago for the problem. I really hope this is the last we have to hear from Mr. Robicheau and his friends. Their "transparency" has been a joke, and the hypocrisy and blatant, constant misinformation fed to the people is insulting.
