Just finished watching and it is informative but I just wish the host didn't do so much window dressing when it was obvious the discussion, as always, would lead to a public employees salary and benefits and, as always, suggest that both are too high. Overtime, while costly, is still cheaper than hiring more staff with additional benefits and retirement. Again, it's a case of people quietly inferring that the firefighter makes too much money. you need to follow the curve and when the OT meets a certain level that means the workload has reached a level that requires more staff. It's also bothersome that often times it is residents that are on federal pensions, collecting a retirement that is greater than the actual salary they were making when working, who continually criticize a town employees' salary benefits when they retire at 50% of salary......

What do you expect, he owes his allegiance to Klimm and the PCC that started this dog and pony show. Agenda, agenda,agenda......
